A Sense of Place
Libraries & Arts Service works with various cultural health & wellbeing partners to deliver projects that support the health and wellbeing of local people and help communities to feel Healthier, Happier & Connected.
A Sense of Place
A Sense of Place is a place-based project exploring what people love about where they live, discovering the ‘extraordinary in the ordinary’ on our doorstep, through seeing, making & sharing art. This project is a collaboration of regional cultural partners led by Creative Health CIC and involving high quality creative residencies, participatory workshops & events with local diverse communities.
Locally, we are working in partnership with Staffordshire Archives & Heritage to deliver a creative residency in the Stafford area which launches in January 2023.
Artists, Juneau Projects will work with local communities to explore the county’s museum collections & connections to nature and local green spaces to inspire creative work.
