Time for a change? Time to make a difference? We've some great opportunities here in Staffordshire County Councils Procurement Team.

The Team is central to the business, and with a procurement spend of around £500 million per year, we’ve plenty of work. Social care, highways, health, waste, finance, construction, facilities management, ICT, consultancy….these are just a few of the areas!

Together with like-minded colleagues, you’ll ensure that we maximise our spending power to provide optimum quality, efficiency and outcomes. You’ll shape process, be amongst commercial expertise, acquire deep knowledge of categories, and have access to national buying power.

We are looking for talented individuals who are keen to work in our local government business, who can demonstrate energy and a passion for Procurement and are keen problem-solvers.

In return, we offer a flexible working environment which isn’t new to us because of the pandemic, we will support you to expand your knowledge and experience with training and work across one of the most diverse portfolios you can find.
