Health and wellbeing

With pride. With purpose. With you.

Work, health and wellbeing – it’s all interlinked. That’s why we have ‘Well Me’, our employee wellbeing programme. This is designed to support everyone in Staffordshire County Council, and hosts a range of tools to help you make positive choices and positive changes.

Our wellbeing days are hosted throughout the year and feature a number of different activities. It’s a great chance to get together and focus on your wellbeing. We also offer a programme of staff counselling and support, and have a network of trained Mental Health First Aiders across the organisations. Additional benefits include eye care discounts and a dedicated physiotherapy service.
