As a local authority we are constantly looking at how we change, transform and improve our public services to deliver the greatest value for the citizens of Staffordshire. The Change Team is a well-established and valued team of specialist change practitioners that supports senior leaders and partners to shape and deliver complex change projects and programmes for the organisation. Our Purpose is to work collaboratively with partners to drive a high quality change offer across the organisation responding swiftly to our leadership team and cabinet members to deliver the organisation's key priorities and outcomes. 

Priority Deliverables for 2022/23: 

  1. Shape, deliver and assure the organisation’s Change Programme for 2022/23.
  2. Translate the Corporate Strategy to shape and support the management of the Corporate Delivery Plan for 2022/23.
  3. Continue to evolve, develop and improve our internal practices to support the change management approach for the organisation.
  4. Work with senior leaders to shape future change priorities for 2023/24 and beyond 

We have recently expanded our team and are looking for motivated, hardworking and engaging professionals, with the relevant skills and experience to support a number of critical pieces of work. We are keen to speak to people focused, flexible and collaborative individuals who are passionate about all aspects of the change experience with particular focus on stakeholder management, communication, solution design and delivery. You will play a key role in supporting and driving Business Change on behalf of stakeholders across the business and will be able to respond quickly to the demands of complex change programmes.
