Will I be able to access my home/business?

Yes, access will be maintained throughout the duration of the scheme.  Traffic management will include the use of temporary lights to manage traffic for the majority of the works.

The road will have to be closed for resurfacing from Monday 6 April 2020 until Friday 10 April 2020 between the hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm each day.  Diversion routes will be provided and pedestrian access to be maintained and marshalled where required.

How you can help us

You can help us to get the job done with the minimum of fuss by following this advice:

  • Please keep children away from the works to ensure their safety.
  • Please drive appropriately past the works or around the diversion route.
  • Check your shoes before entering your property or car to make sure there is no bitumen from the works.
