Statement of Reasons

The opening of Wigginton Cottage Care Nursing Home has led to additional parking around the Walrand Close/Main Road junction and Syerscote Lane/Main Road junction in Wigginton. To mitigate this inappropriate parking, additional Double Yellow Lines and Access Protection Markings are being proposed.

The implementation of this proposal is for facilitating the passage on the road, or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
