If you are looking for a replacement Your Staffordshire card you need to follow a different process.

Lost school transport cards

If you child’s school bus pass is either:

  • lost
  • stolen
  • defaced
  • broken

You will need to make an application to order a replacement pass.

How much will it cost?

The cost of a replacement pass is £5.00.

How do I apply?

The easiest way to do this is to apply on-line. Select the 'school bus passes' option.
