Why is there a £10.00 charge?
All our passes are printed externally. The £10.00 covers the production costs, postage and administration charges.
Will I need to supply another photo?
If your child has a pass that needs a photo we may already have one on file. If we need another one, we will contact you to request this.
When will I receive my replacement pass?
We post passes to your child's home address. You should get it within 7-10 working days.
Can my child still use the school bus without a pass?
Your child’s school should be able to supply a temporary bus pass whilst waiting for the new pass to arrive. It is valid for 10 school days.
Can I apply for a replacement pass for a vacant seat?
Yes you can do so by completing the on-line application form.
I do not know the route number or stop my child uses. Can I still order a pass?
Yes – please complete as much information as possible. We will contact you if necessary.
My child's address or school has changed? Can I apply for a pass on a different route?
If your child is entitled to free transport you need to contact the Schools Admissions Team on 0300 111 8000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org They can then reassess your child’s transport entitlement for your new address or school.

Can I request a pass for a different stop?
If your child wishes to change stops, please contact us.
