Community Learning Trust Responsiveness Fund

What is the Staffordshire Community Learning Trust Responsiveness Fund?

The Staffordshire Community Learning Trust Responsiveness Fund (CLTRF) offers local grants for the delivery of adult learning programmes which address the identified needs of local communities. The CLTRF is funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency. The funding is for the delivery of education and training for adults returning to learning. The fund amount is £100,000 for the 2019/20 Academic Year.

The second round of the Community Learning Trust Responsiveness Fund will open 1 December 2019.

Following a review of the applications all applicants will be notified of the outcome of the review by Friday 24 January 2020.

All applicants need to complete an application form, a course information form per course and provide the required compliance documentation.

All provision needs to comply with the Education and Skills Funding Agency rules. Decisions on funding will be made by the Community Learning Trust Applications Approval Sub-Group.

Organisations can apply between July 2019 and March 2020 subject to the availability of funding.
