How will this make a difference?

Because we’re all used to eating more than our body needs, our average portion sizes have grown and grown. We’re also used to eating more meat and carbohydrates than we actually need. 

40% of problems that can stop people living at home when they get older could be avoided by a healthier lifestyle. 

Try having a meal with less meat and carbs, and more vegetables. This is a great start.
