Staffordshire County Council would always seek to maximise the community benefit from any section 106 funding, whilst meeting our obligation to use it in accordance with the terms it is provided to us on. A key consideration in the development of any new or improved bus service would be connectivity to key services in the areas served, as referred to in your petition.
