The Big Outdoor Staffordshire Art Project

Artists of all ages and abilities are being invited to take part in the Big Outdoor Staffordshire Art Project as part of this year’s Staffordshire Day celebrations taking place on 1 May 2022.

This year, the county is coming together to celebrate the Great Outdoors. We want you to submit a drawing of your favourite outdoor location in Staffordshire to showcase your pride in where we live, and to be part of the biggest art project in Staffordshire.

Each piece of artwork that is selected will be reprinted, enlarged and displayed on lampposts, bus stops and other displays across the county during the celebration.

Paintings, drawings and sketches will all be considered. Submissions can be landscape or portrait and the minimum size requirement is A4.

The deadline for submissions is 31 March 2022.

All artwork can either be handed in to any library, emailed to communications@staffordshire.gov.uk or posted to, Communications Department, Staffordshire County Council, Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, ST16 2DH.
