The documents support commissioners and providers to work together. The aim is to deliver the best support for individuals and their families, ultimately enhancing the quality of their lives.

What is all age disability?

It covers learning disability (all ages), autistic spectrum conditions (all ages) and physical disabilities (under 18s).
