Future proof your business and transform your workforce by helping to shape our Local Skills Improvement Plan.
Soft skills and employability are words that come up consistently from businesses when discussing their recruitment and retention – but what do they actually mean?
- Can soft skills be broken down to specific competencies? And are they universal?
- Do we have different levels of expectations for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and 25+ new recruits?
- At interview how can soft skills be assessed – and are they adapted for the level of position?
- Inductions and onboarding – do these vary upon level and age? Should they?
