The Digitising Social Care Records fund is being managed by NHS England. The aim is to support those care providers who are still using paper records, to move to approved digital solutions.
Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System are working together to bring this fund to local care providers.
The Digital Social Care Record System webinar will explain more about what a Digital Social Care Record system is, how the fund will be administered locally, the opportunities that will become available and the benefits to you.
The webinar took place on the 13 December 2022. You can view the slides for this particular webinar below
We understand following your helpful feedback that an estimated 50% of local care providers are using a Digital Social Care Record system, on par with those on the assured system suppliers list.
Care providers in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent are now eligible to submit expressions of interest to request up to £3000 or 50% of the system cost for a Digital Social Care Record (DSCR) system. To meet the conditions of the funding and to ensure it is fairly distributed, we are unfortunately currently only able to fund the lower amount.
