Staffordshire Pays Respects To HRH Prince Philip (1921 - 2021)

Kingswood Lakeside

Since 2002, we have led the development of the Kingswood Lakeside business park, located to the south of Cannock. Our involvement has transformed the site from low quality agricultural land (which was formerly an open cast coal mine) into a well located high quality business park located adjacent to the M6 Toll.

Kingswood Lakeside has already seen a number of successes. Veolia Environmental Services have created a 40,000 sq ft headquarters employing up to 400 staff. Alternative Parcel Company (APC) developed a 138,000 sq ft facility employing up to 420 people.

HellermannTyton created a 63,000 sq ft design and logistics unit bringing in 55 jobs and First choice Catering have recently taken occupation of a 100,000 sq ft facility bringing 120 jobs with expansion plans for a further 120 jobs within five years.

Kingswood lakeside LLP are creating the CONNEQT development of two massive speculative industrial units (154,000 sq ft and 130,000 sq ft) and the final development plot is currently sold subject to contract for the speculative development of a 62,000 sq ft industrial unit.
