If your employer's sponsorship Licence has been revoked and you need help finding a new job, you can request support by completing the West Midlands Request for Support.
When you register you can also access free specialist legal advice if needed. During registration, you will be asked if you require HR & Legal Support, and you will then be directed to the appropriate application form.

Support for Staffordshire Workers
Staffordshire County Council offer some job search support if you are an international worker (displaced or at risk of being displaced) living in Staffordshire:
- You will be asked questions about who you are, where you live, what type of care service you would like to work for and how far you are willing to travel
- From your answers a list will be produced of relevant care service employers who at the time of your enquiry have an active international sponsorship licence
- The list will be emailed to you and will include the sponsors name, address, phone number and service type
Please note that this provision of support is not a guarantee of employment and does not include any matching/sharing of your CV with employers. You will need to complete your own due diligence on the employers listed and find out if they are currently recruiting new staff.
