Labour Market

Stone Job Centre - 2003A wide variety of data is held and analysed about the local labour market on topics like employment, unemployment, vacancies, skills and earnings.  Looking forwards, labour force and employment projections are also available. We produce a quarterly Labour Market Trends bulletin, monthly unemployment spreadsheets and an annual earnings spreadsheet, the most recent of which are available from the Downloads section below.

From the 14th April 2008 the Staffordshire Labour Market Trends series will now be updated on a monthly basis, focusing on the trends of claimant unemployment in the County, and also the wider worklessness agenda affecting local labour markets.
