How to use our online payments

You can pay County Council bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the internet or by telephone. This includes bills or invoices for County Council services. You will need to have a copy of the bill and your payment card details to hand.  Payments can be made by all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.

Please note that Stafford area Council Tax Payments should be made to Stafford Borough Council.  You can access their online payments section by following the link headed "Self Service" on the right-hand side of their Front Page.
