
Meet your county councillor
Your county councillor is the voice of your community. They are elected by you every four years to represent the best interests of the community and to help promote community spirit.
Every county councillor plays a part in making decisions about county council services, so make sure that you meet or contact your county councillor to let them know about what you think.
From schools, to roads, to services for young people and the elderly and the vulnerable, Staffordshire County Council provides most of the public services that over 800,000 people use everyday, so it's important that you have your say - make your community a better place to live by meeting your county councillor.
Find out who your county councillor is
There are a variety of different ways that you contact your county councillor:
- Contact them by phone or by email
- Councillor Question Time - From June 2008, this question and answer style event will be touring the county, giving you the opportunity to put your questions to the county councillors that make the decisions about your services in your area. - Surgeries - some county councillors give you the opportunity to discuss your views on a one-to-one basis at their surgery . Find out where and when your county councillor holds his/her surgery
