Win a family season pass to the Shugborough Estate
Treat your family to one of Staffordshire's best days out
The tourist attraction, near Stafford, is planning a packed programme of activities during the summer break and guarantees there will be something for all the family to enjoy.
The farm is brimming with friendly animals and youngsters are encouraged to feed the chickens as well as help out with the baking in the farmhouse kitchen. They can also burn off some energy in the playground, have fun in the games gallery or take a ride on the colourful land train.
In the servants' quarters, costumed maids will be toiling away in the laundry and kitchen, while the master brewer will be on hand in the working brewhouse to dish out samples of refreshing Shugborough real ale.
The mansion house features a new and stunning exhibition of winning photographs from a competition in memory of Patrick Lichfield and the 900 acres of garden, riverside and woodland walks are brimming with breath-taking views and an abundance of wild and cultivated flowers.
The estate also boasts an old-fashioned sweetshop, craft workshops selling a range of hand made gifts and a licensed restaurant.
A season pass admits up to two adults and three children, and lasts for 12 months.
