- personal robbery in Staffordshire by 17.4%
- theft of motor vehicles by 15.9%
- theft from motor vehicles by 14.5%
- wounding by 14.6%
- burglary by 7.5%
National Claims Management
The county council runs the National Claims Management Unit on behalf of the Ministry of Justice which polices the 'no-win-no-fee' industry.The Unit has recently been commended by the County Council network as a beacon of good practice, and is now expanding to cope with the huge surge in companies needing the authorisation to trade. There are currently over 2,000 authorised claims management businesses in the UK. Read more...
