Register of Gifts and Hospitality
On 11 May 2000, the County Council approved the introduction of a register recording the receipt of gifts and hospitality by Members and Senior Officers. The County Council has an obligation to continue to maintain this information as specified in the National Code of Local Government Conduct.
Any gift or element of hospitality received by a Member of Senior Officer above the value of £25 should be declared.
The
Gifts and Hospitality Register is maintained by the Director of Law and Governance.
