Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003

The County Council must by law publicise its scheme for the payment of allowances to County Councillors. Additionally, it must publicise, annually, the total amounts paid to each Councillor. The Scheme is included as Appendix 13 to the County Council's Constitution.

Additionally,   details of the allowances paid during 2007/2008 are also available. Alternatively, copies are available for inspection at each main library, and at Corporate Reception, Peel Building, Stafford, during normal office hours.
