Human Resources
With a workforce of more than 30,000, Human Resources provides a vital service to support every employee. This can range from advice on what maternity or paternity leave you are entitled to, to what to do if you are encountering a problem at work.
Human Resources is made up of a number of teams across the Council, all carrying out a specific role. Specific teams provide advice and support on employee relation issues, learning and development, recruitment as well as pay and benefits.
