Forward Plan
Please Note: The Forward Plan is provided in PDF format. Acrobat Reader software is required in order to it.
By law the County Council has to publish a Forward Plan containing details of the key decisions to be made by the Council's Cabinet. The Plan will be prepared on a monthly basis and will contain details of key decisions likely to be made by the Cabinet on behalf of the County Council during the four-month period following its publication.
The current
Forward Plan (1 October 2008 to 30 January 2009) . If you wish to comment on, or make representations about any matter in respect of which a decision listed on the Forward Plan is to be made, you can do so by contacting the appropriate Corporate Director at the relevant address below or alternatively by sending an e-mail.
Documents relating to the matters listed which are available to the public will be available at least three working days before the relevant meeting of the Cabinet from Corporate Reception, St. Chad's Place, Stafford or earlier if shown.
During the next twelve month's Forward Plans will have effect from the following dates:-
2 January 2008 - published 18 December 2007
1 February 2008 - published 18 January 2008
3 March 2008- published 18 February 2008
1 April 2008- published 18 March 2008
1 May 2008 - pubished 17 April 2008
2 June 2008 - published 19 May 2008
1 July 2008 - published 17 June 2008
1 August 2008 - published 18 July 2008
1 September 2008 - published 18 August 2008
1 October 2008 - published 17 September 2008
3 November 2008 - published 20 October 2008
1 December 2008 - published 17 November 2008
Representations or comments must be made:-
(i) no later than 14 days prior to the expected date of the decision being taken (if known); or
(ii) at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the month in which it is anticipated that the decision will be taken.
