Annual Reports

The Annual Reports set out a summary of the work of each of the Scrutiny Committees each year - focussing on the outcomes of their work.

Final Reports and Executive Responses

Final reports are written at the end of a scrutiny review of a particular area and are endorsed by the relevant Scrutiny Committee/Panel. The reports are then forwarded to the Cabinet / Portfolio Holder for their response to any conclusions or recommendations. The Cabinet / Portfolio Holder will report their response back to the appropriate Committee or Panel.  Therefore, final reports, with their accompanying executive response (where this has been received) can be accessed below.

In relation to Health Scrutiny, final reports are forwarded to the Chief Executive of the relevant NHS Trust(s) for their written response, which is required within 28 days in accordance with the Health Scrutiny regulations.
