Corporate Policy Team
The Corporate Policy Team forms part of the Chief Executive's Office and provides support to the Council on Policy and Performance matters. This includes advising the Council about the implications of changes in central government policy, and using benchmarking to identify where the Council needs to improve.
It is responsible for developing the Sustainable Community Strategy| and Strategic Plan|. It supports the Council's work towards the Local Area Agreement for Staffordshire| and is responsible for coordinating information on the Council's performance.
