The County Council's Risk Register

Staffordshire County Council has sought to fully integrate risk management into the organisation to include implementing mitigation action plans, increasing training and awareness and defining controls assurance statements and compliance programmes. A Risk Register brings together in a single document identified risks alongside a mitigation response.
