How can I get involved? Staffordshire County Council provides a wide range of important services for the community. We aim to offer cost effective high quality services and to give you a say in the way services are run.

We regularly undertake Public Consultation exercises on specific issues of concern to the community or about how we manage and deliver our public services.

Community Engagement Framework

Staffordshire County Council aims to develop policies and provide services that reflect the needs and aspirations of our communities by putting them at the heart of what we do. Engagement will be used to help understand the needs, views and expectations of local residents, service users and other stakeholders.

The Community Engagement Framework sets out Staffordshire County Council's approach to community engagement, including examples of how we currently engage, and the standards that we will adopt when engaging with our communities.
