Consultation and Feedback
Staffordshire County Council provides a wide range of important services for the community. We aim to offer cost effective high quality services and to give you a say in the way services are run.
We regularly undertake Public Consultation exercises on specific issues of concern to the community or about how we manage and deliver our public services.
If you wish to take part in upcoming Staffordshire County Council Consultations, you can register online. Get Involved.
You can also search our consultation database online.
We have a User Involvement and Consultation Strategy and try to ensure we make use of the information received when making decisions.
The key messages in the strategy are:
- The Council is committed to consulting users and residents.
- Findings and how they have influenced decisions will be reported to people who were consulted, and the wider public.
- We will continue to contact groups to ensure that everyone in the community has their voice heard.

We welcome your feedback as we want to continue to improve the services we provide. Please let us know when
- we do things well;
- you have a suggestion; or
- things are not right.
