Regulatory Committee

The Regulatory Committee meets as a Committee and also establishes Panels of five members as follows:-

Countryside and Rights of Way Panel

The Panel's main functions relate to Public Rights of Way and Registration and variations of Town or Village Greens.

Safety of Sports Grounds Panel

This Panel is responsible for ensuring the safety of sports grounds and regulated stands at sports grounds.

Licensing Panel

This Panel deals with all licensing issues that are the responsibility of Staffordshire County Council.

Appeals Panel

This Panel deals with staff issues eg. grading appeals.
