The Staffordshire County Council customer charter sets out standards for customer service in a simple way, and was put together following extensive consultation with different county council forums, employees including customer champions, and members of the public.
There are some great examples of excellent customer service across the council and the aim of the charter is to build on that so we can provide a consistent level of service across the council.
