Local Transport Plan
In April 2011 we published the Strategy Plan| for Staffordshire's third Local Transport Plan (LTP). It sets out the County Council's proposals for transport provision within the county, including walking, cycling, public transport, car based travel and freight, together with the management and maintenance of local roads and footways.
An Implementation Plan| has also been published. It describes how we plan to use available funding to deliver the LTP objectives over the next four years (2011/12 to 2014/15), together with the arrangements we have put in place for overseeing LTP delivery and ensuring that it remains on track to meet its objectives.
District Integrated Transport Strategies| have also been published for the eight Districts / Boroughs in Staffordshire and were recently out for public consultation. The strategies summarise the transport issues and priorities in each given area.
