STAFFORDSHIRE'S LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN

The Transport Act 2000 requires all Highway Authorities to produce a five-year Local Transport Plan (LTP) which sets out a strategy and action plan for improving local transport.

Staffordshire's first LTP ('LTP1') was published in July 2000 covering the period 2001/02 -2005/06.  Annual Progress Reports (APRs) were produced each year to report on how effectively the County Council was performing in delivering the actions set out in the LTP.

The final APR for LTP1 (known as the Delivery Report) was published in July 2006 and can be found under the LTP1 link below and then Annual Progress Reports.

Staffordshire's second LTP ('LTP2') covering the period 2006/07 - 2010/11 was submitted to the Department for Transport on the 31st March 2006.
