Penkridge: Crown Bridge Junction improvements

This junction on the A449 has a high rate of road accidents which over the past five years have sadly included two pedestrian fatalities.

Heavy congestion also makes it difficult for drivers to get out onto the A449.

To address both issues we have drawn up a range of improvements to be phased over three years.
