Renewing a permit

You will normally be issued with a permit for 5 years, however, further medical clearance, depending on your age, may be required during this period.

Approximately six weeks prior to your permit expiring, the TravelWise Road Safety Unit will forward, to your last known home address, a renewal notice and application form. It is therefore vital that you advise the TravelWise Road Safety Unit of any address or name changes.
