Guidelines and Policy
On this page you will find the key guidelines and policy documents which set out how we police and manage parking issues throughout Staffordshire.
Most drivers will have no need to consult these. For most day to day purposes simply adhering to the Highway Code|||, and any locally notified restrictions or bylaws, will prevent you from getting a ticket and help us to keep Staffordshire's streets clear.
However if you do want clarification on a particular point then you should find it somewhere in these pages. The documents themselves are fairly technical, and if you are uncomfortable with long, technical documents you may find them a little hard going.
