Our Occupational Therapy team supports children and young people with disabilities who live in Staffordshire.
We help make everyday activities safer and easier at home.
What support is available?
We can:
- Suggest different ways to do daily tasks.
- Arrange the loan of equipment to help with care or independence.
- Recommend and arrange funding for minor home adaptations.
- Provide direct payments for equipment or small adaptations.
- Refer you for a Disabled Facilities Grant for major home changes.
- Give advice on building alterations and buying disability equipment.
- Advise on grants for specialist equipment.
- Signpost you to other services if needed.
