This year's Community Watchdog Conference was streamed live on the web, meaning anyone with access to the internet could see it taking place and get involved.

Over 100 Community Watchdogs attended 'Communities in Control,' which was held at the Film Theatre at Staffordshire University on Monday 24 November.

A further 40 pledged to watch it at home. The event looked at the role of the Watchdogs in the community, and help create a vision to move forward through better engagement and involvement.

Schools also took part remotely as did staff at the County Council who were invited to watch it live and give their feedback about the concept.
