Richard becomes Young Chef of Tomorrow
Richard Cullen has been crowned as Staffordshire's Young Chef of Tomorrow.
He won the title following a cook-off held at Stafford College yesterday, triumphing over stiff competition from five other culinary stars from the County.
Twenty-year-old Richard works at the Spotgate Inn, near Stafford, and was runner-up in last year's competition.
The young chef competition forms just one part of the annual Staffordshire Good Food Awards. The competition is now in its eighth year and has been promoting and rewarding quality in excellence in food and drink served within Staffordshire.
