Hire Charges for the Great Hall and Courtroom Facilities

Great Hall - £300 (plus VAT)

Hire of this space is outside of normal working hours, for a period of up to 5 hours. Thereafter, an hourly charge of £60 will be made.

Fee includes use of equipment: TV Video, Slide Carousel, and Screen etc. if required.

Fee includes light-refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits) if required.

Staffing costs and additional refreshments would be added to the daily/hourly rate.

Courtroom - £125 (plus VAT)

Hire of courtrooms for a period of up to five hours. Thereafter, an hourly charge of £20 will be made.

Fee includes loan of equipment: TV Video, Slide Carousel, Screen etc. if required.

Fee includes refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits) if required.

Staffing costs and any additional refreshment requirements to be added to the daily/hourly rate.
