Grade 9
22hrs p/t hours per week

Do you have experience of partnership working and developing funding proposals? Staffordshire Arts & Museum Service is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable person to take up the role of External Funding Relations Officer.

The post is responsible for developing fundraising strategies and external funding bids that seek to support the Arts & Museum Service's arts development work, maximizing income generation. The post will be based at Tipping Street, Stafford, but will also involve working across Staffordshire. The post-holder will also be responsible for managing the County Council Arts Grants Scheme, the strategic relationships and partnerships with external arts agencies and organisations in Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in an arts or related subject and will be a good written and verbal communicator with a passion for the arts.  You will need to have a proven track record of developing funding proposals and of working in effective partnerships. Experience of leading and working in a team environment would also be required.
