YTF 2010

As the Staffordshire Young Teen Fiction Book Award enters its sixth year we would like to say, once again, a huge "thank you" to all those schools and young people who supported and participated in the 2009 award process and helped to make it such a success.

Your continued support is now needed to make YTF 2010 the best ever

  • Register your school now
  • Get the young people reading
  • Encourage the use of the local public libraries to help maximise available resources and give a wider choice of titles
  • Make full use of the Schools Library Service

Promotional PDF Document YTF2010 Posters (233kb) and PDF Document bookmarks (350kb) are availabe here for your use as well as a list of suggested books

We hope your school will "Be a Part of" the 2010 Staffordshire YTF Award!

Could your pupil become a YTF Champion?

Do you think one of your students has done so well with their involvement in YTF that they deserve a little extra recognition?  Could he or she act as an advocate for YTF more widely?  Why not consider proposing them for YTF Champion status?  A pin badge will be presented to all Champions during Celebration Day, and they will be invited to be involved in reading activities and consultations throughout the county. Return your completed word document champion proposal form (528kb) form to Diane Gaunt either by e mail diane.gaunt@staffordshire.gov.uk or in hard copy to Kingston Centre, Fairway, STAFFORD ST16 3TW by the beginning of June.
