Hint & Tips for Parents and School Staff

The YTF09 book award gives teenagers their say in the best fiction book of published in 2008. 

Eligible Teens

To take part in the YTF Award process, the youngsters need to:

• be 11-14 years old
• live or go to school in Staffordshire, or use Staffordshire Library Services

Need help with book supply?

• Encourage visits to the local library, where there will be lots of books to choose from and the staff will be happy to help
  
• Remember children can request books free of charge from local libraries or online at www.staffordshire.gov.uk/libraries
  
• Where possible, library staff will visit schools to chat to the pupils and support their reading. Why not contact your local library now?
