The following links all lead to external information sites

BBC Weather Centre - provides information on related topics such as pollen counts and astronomy, as well as regional and world weather forecasts for up to five days in advance. The Weatherwise section contains the Webguide (useful weather-related links), and the 'd.i.y. weather' section, which contains games, weather photos, and things for children to do.

Earth Cam - view the weather and scenery, via cameras around the world. Most are based in the United States, but some are in the UK, Europe, Australia, Brazil, etc.

The Met Office - an excellent site for local and world weather, both forecasts and past weather details. There is also a section on climate change, and satellite images The BBC, ITV, and other news sites use Met Office resources when compiling their weather reports.

Weather.co.uk - this site provides ten-day forecasts for towns and villages in England, and major towns worldwide. For weather forecasts in other languages, or a more detailed view of weather in the United States, look at the World Weather page.
