Staffordshire has one of the best Music and Arts services in any UK library, covering music of every kind, cinema, performing arts, fine arts and crafts. Our main Music & Arts collection, and home of our Music & Arts team, is at Shire Hall Library, Stafford, but our CDs, DVDs and books cover 30 libraries in the county.
What we have:
Films - best sellers, world cinema, classics - a vast DVD collection
Books on music, fine arts and crafts
Music scores, including a large collection of song books and sets of music scores
Plays, books on drama, play sets for drama groups
CDs and DVDs are available in many libraries.
Any CD or DVD in our collection can be requested on-line and sent free to your local library - explore our On-line Catalogue.
You can also listen to music on-line on the gigantic Naxos Music Library. Ask at your local Staffordshire library for a password.
