You can join Staffordshire Libraries by visiting any library or by filling out our Online Joining Form

How To Join

Any person who lives, works or is visiting Staffordshire can join and renew membership at any Staffordshire library.  Library membership has no lower age limit and is free.
Any Staffordshire organisation is entitled to apply for membership and receive a ticket which is then available for items for organisational use only (i.e. non-recreational items).
Playgroups are entitled to join as organisational users.
When you apply to join you will need to know your postcode and be able to confirm the details of your address.

Tickets may be used at any Staffordshire library or mobile.
Membership of Staffordshire Libraries is normally for a six year period from the time of enrolment, renewable for another six years after each expiry.
The procedure for renewal is the same as for joining.

  • Please keep your library ticket safe and do not lend it to anyone else.
  • If you lose your ticket, please let us know at once.
  • If you move house, let us know as soon as possible of your new address.
