Cheadle Councils Connect Market Day

Staff will be venturing out of their High Street office from 9am to 1pm to meet customers and let the public of Cheadle know of the many services available to them.

The Summer Reading Challenge, with a sports theme for children, will be underway, and they can sign up for our free Team Read event - with a chance to win a medal, take part in activities and receive free vouchers to local attractions. 

County Councillor for Cheadle Barrie Mycock, said "This is an easy way to find out about the many services available at Cheadle Councils Connect. Last year nearly 200 children took part in the Summer Reading Challenge, it would be great if we could exceed that this year and keep kids reading over the school break!"

There will also be books available at bargain prices - ideal if you are going on holiday.
