Anglican Parish Registers
Free access to the 'Staffordshire Collection' on Findmypast, at archive service points and libraries in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. Currently this contains around 1,800 parish registers, with 2.8 million entries, 1538-1900. Phase 2 will include the remainder of the parish registers we hold for this period. Phase 2 is expected in the winter of 2014/15.
Duplicate microfiche of registers of baptisms, marriages and burials for the vast majority of Staffordshire parishes, for registers starting 1925 or earlier.

Marriage Bonds and Allegations
Applications for marriage licences filed in the consistory and peculiar courts, 1660 onwards.
Registers of baptisms and marriages for some nonconformist churches in the city and in the Tamworth and Lichfield Methodist Circuit. Some registers starting 1925 or earlier are available on microfiche only.
